For After Sales Services, Company has Customer Care Department with a expert team of service engineers who are closely looking after the requirement of the customers, need of the warned out spare parts, attending the service calls, complaints and providing satisfactory services round the clock to all our customers with the help of the branch offices. Customer Care Department is also looking after commissioning and installation of the machines at customer’s site. Company offers training to the customer’s personnel at works during assembly and testing stage of the ordered machines for smooth operation of the machines at customer’s plant. In specific cases, request for extensive training of customer’s personnel at their premises can also be arranged.

Our technical team is ever ready to assist customers call over phone, fax or e-mail on any problems related to the machine operation or maintenance point of view. Our customer support personnel regularly visit the customer-sites for routine check up of the machine performance and advise customer suitably to carry out preventive measures to avoid break-downs. A special expert team of service engineers is always ready to proceed to any location in India and world over.
