Customer Care Department is also looking after commissioning and installation of the machines at customer’s site. Company offers training to the customer’s personnel at works during assembly and testing stage of the ordered machines for smooth operation of the machines at customer’s plant. In specific cases, request for extensive training of customer’s personnel at their premises can also be arranged.
Our technical team is ever ready to assist customers call over phone, fax or e-mail on any problems related to the machine operation or maintenance point of view.
